Easy tip - Celery


Celery is a great way to lose weight, it is a great source of dietary fiber. When eating celery, you are burning calories. The amount of calories you are burning by making chewing movements combined with normal 24 hour calorie burning such as breathing or moving, means you are burning more calories than you are eating. Celery is the vegetable with the least amount of calories. Your stomach is getting food while not gaining any weight at all! you can't say that for your favorite guilty treat. Eat as much celery as you can.

Easy tip - Carbs


Avoid eating carbs after lunch. Eat carbohydrates such as breads cereals and pasta in the morning or around lunch. This gives you the rest of the day to burn off those calories from high calorie carbohydrates over the day. If you eat carbs at night or for dinner, you will not have burnt off the calories and will gain weight instead. Also the carbohydrates are the best source fro energy, so eating them in the morning is the best way to be full of energy!

Easy tip - Meal Preperation


Before you eat a meal have a glass or two of diet soda. I find that diet drinks simulate fullness. If you drink 1-2 glasses before you eat, your stomach already has a basis of fullness and you are less likely to eat as much.

Easy tip - Diet Lemonade


Although some people may disagree, diet lemonade/coke is one of the most successful ways to lose weight. Instead of drinking coke or sugary drinks that keep you from losing weight. Substitute them with the diet versions of your favorite drinks! Studies show if you do this you will either lose 10 pounds a year or not gain 10 pounds a year.

Easy tip - Snacking


Every small choice you make about food adds up. Everytime you give into eating your favorite salty snack or dessert those calories are adding up so you gain x amount of pounds every year or x amount of pounds you havn't lost. Just say NO!
